Refund Policy

When you engage the professional services of Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa DBA One Brotherhood Chapter, you enter into a binding agreement with her regarding the following refund policies:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except when an application is denied or no more seats are available, in which case payment will be refunded in full.

No refunds will be offered on canceled subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, or as required by applicable law.

If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. “Non-transferable” means unused payment cannot be transferred to another service, appointment or product in the future, nor to another person, unless stated otherwise.

Refunds will not be available for clients who miss an appointment without prompt notice (i.e., No Call No Show). In the case of “No Call No Show,” you agree to indemnify Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa by paying the full price of the appointment, event or workshop.

If Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa cancels an appointment due to inclement weather, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances which would make the appointment unviable, you will be offered a full refund.​

Should unusual circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an appointment, Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa will offer to either issue a full refund or transfer your reservation to a future date and time.

Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa cannot be held liable for any third-party costs, such as travel bookings or accommodation.

Prior to rendering service, Rev. Katherine "Kim" Lopa may screen clients for safety reasons, to weed out clients or applicants who are unprepared, unmindful, uncommitted or merely curious. Payment is refunded in full when a client or applicant is denied service or admission after screening.
